NBA fans aren’t taking too kindly to the latest looks of LeBron James. Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and other stars in the upcoming NBA 2K24 game. As many fans might be aware, NBA 2K is a video game company that releases a new version of their game every season. This year’s NBA 2K24 has fans on the edges of their seats since its release is only a few weeks away.

In order to keep the fans engaged and eagerly waiting, NBA 2K released a first look at our iconic NBA stars. The photos were shared to reveal how these players would look in the latest version of the game.

Although graphics and technology are supposed to be progressing each year, these pictures weren’t very well received. With that being said, here is more on the subject

Fans mock NBA 2K24’s depiction of Kevin Durant 

It turns out that the pictures of what the players look like on NBA 2K24 aren’t being given much credit by NBA fans. Especially the ones involving the Phoenix Suns star. That has led to quite a few fans coming to his defense. They even compared the way Durant looked to Dinosaurs from the movie franchise Jurassic Park, “Nah they did KD Dirty. Man look like a Veloso Raptor.”

While this can be brushed off as just a mere video game, there is no denying that the NBA 2K24 creators haven’t put in their best efforts. Through the filter of the game, Durant barely looks like himself, which has been noticed by NBA fans. The game filters seem to give Durant a lot more muscle compared to his original frame.

Although Durant would certainly notice the differences better than we ever could, he is more likely concerned about his ratings in comparison to the appearance of his video game character. After all, KD has never really cared about what he looks like in the first place. Since he has already seen his NBA 2K characters from the past versions of this game, Durant should decide for himself how this version stacks up.

NBA 2K24 is set to release on September 8th, 2023. We are sure that a much better opinion of the game will be formed upon it being officially released.
