LOAD90 provides football statistics, team comparisons and match forecasts. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use our website.
Who is responsible for your information?
The website is operated by Artem Riabchuk, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, referred to in this policy as “LOAD90”, “we” or “us”.

Information we process
Website requests and technical information. When you visit the website, your browser sends information needed to deliver its pages, including your IP address, requested URL and browser details. Our hosting infrastructure may record this information in access and security logs.
Browser preferences. LOAD90 stores preferences to personalise your experience:
- Favourite team: the
l90_favourite_team_v1cookie remembers your selected club for up to 365 days after it is set or updated. A copy is stored in local storage as a fallback. - Recent clubs: local storage remembers recently selected clubs.
- Time zone: local storage remembers your chosen time zone for displaying match times.
Local storage remains in your browser until you clear it or the website removes or replaces it. Your favourite-team cookie is sent to LOAD90 with applicable requests so that we can display your selected team. Browser preferences do not require an account.
Messages you send us. If you contact us, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Deliver website pages and requested football information.
- Remember your preferences.
- Maintain website reliability, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
- Respond to enquiries and privacy requests.

Football forecasts concern sporting events. They are not automated decisions about individual website visitors.

Hosting and relevant service providers: VPS Oracle, Cloudflare.
We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers
Personal information may be processed in the country where our hosting infrastructure is located and in other countries where our service providers operate.

The favourite-team cookie lasts for up to 365 days after it is set or updated. Local-storage preferences remain until cleared, removed or replaced.

- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 12 months after the last communication.
- Backups containing personal information: up to 30 days.
Information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
